Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
At @ne ("we," "us," or "our") — a service operated by Melani Jacobson — we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the @ne app and website ("the Service") collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your name or display name and email address, provided when you create an account or sign in.
Content you create: posts, messages, replies, and reactions you share in community channels, and items you save (such as favorites).
Subscription information: your subscription and entitlement status. Payments are handled by the app stores and processors listed below — we never receive or store your full payment card details.
Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type and app interactions, used to operate and improve the Service, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, deliver subscription benefits, enable community features, send notifications you have opted into, respond to support requests, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How Your Information Is Shared
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed:
• Supabase — account authentication, database, and media storage.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
• Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Expo / push providers — delivery of push notifications.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights").
5. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal information from within the app, or by contacting us. On request, we will delete your account and associated personal data, except where we are required to retain it by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
